Payment terms and conditions:
- For residential work we take full payment either by cash or cheque.
- If you are out we will leave a slip through your door to say that we have been and
- provided you with a service, in this instance you can post a cheque for payment to our offices.
- We do not call to collect payments.
- For commercial accounts payment procedures will be discussed at time of booking.
Cancellation procedure:
We ask that a minimum of 48 hours is given for services that have been booked.
